Return Policy

Return Policy
  • JADE AND CAMIL operates a 14 day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends) starting from the date displayed on your receipt. If you need any help or would want to ask a question, please email us and we'd be happy to help! All our delivery costs will show at checkout and we'll email you with your parcels tracking number (if available) when we dispatch your goods. If by any reason you think your parcel has gone missing, please contact us as soon as possible. By placing an order you automatically accept our terms and conditions on returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges:
  • Returns are valid as long as you return your item(s) back to us in unworn & unused condition with all original packaging. We will process your return as store credit or exchange within 14 working days after receipt of your return.
  • All items must have the original swing tag still firmly attached, so please take care when trying on the goods at home. If the tag is removed, no refund will be issued and the item will be forwarded back to your address or a credit note will be issued.
  • If you return something outside of the returns time period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded & tracked service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim.
  • Please note we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns.
  • We are unable to refund swimwear, intimates, accessories due to hygienic reasons.
  • If your item is faulty, please send it back to us as soon as you can. We'll try our best to repair or replace it, but if we can't, you will be issued a store credit.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size we'll only be able to issue you with a credit note.
When you make a return the shipping and handling costs will be handled by the person doing the return. JADE AND CAMIL is not responsible of handling any return and cost of the returned item(s). All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. All SALE items are FINAL Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. IF YOU RETURN A MERCHANDISE AND IT IS ON SALE YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SALE PRICE REFUND. To make an exchange or return please print and fill out the form below and send it back with your returned merchandise.  If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will charge the difference to the account you provide.

Any returned products that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by JADE AND CAMIL. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below on keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Faulty Products
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. JADE AND CAMIL will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is the result of normal wear and tear or some other cause.
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the six (6) month period.
Late Returns
Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy are at the discretion of JADE AND CAMIL, and may not be accepted or only accepted for Site Credit.
Product Colors
We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Jade and Camil cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact info@JADECAMIL.COM prior to placing your order.
Final Sale
All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items and sales of the following items are considered Final Sale:
  • Vintage items
  • Fine Jewelry
  • Customized items
  • Swimwear
  • Books
  • Housewares
  • Cosmetics, Skincare, and Fragrances
  • Hosiery / Lingerie
  • Fur coats, vests, gillets, and stoles
  • Wedding dresses

If you would like to return a product not listed above, sign in to your Jade and Camil account, and locate the item/order under “ORDER HISTORY”. Click “REQUEST RETURN” next to the product(s) you wish to return and a pop-up page will appear with the prepaid shipping label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable). You will also receive a “Return Requested” email confirmation with a copy of the label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached.
You may use one (1) return label to return multiple products from different orders in one package. Simply affix one of the return labels to the outside of the box. International orders must include any and all commercial invoices of the products being returned to prevent any delays with clearing international customs.
Our free return shipping does not apply to items outside the country to where they were originally shipped.
We prefer our products to be returned to Jade and Camil using the provided labels from FedEx, UPS, DHL. However you may return goods at your sole risk and expense using any safe and secured means. We do request that you contact us at regarding such returns. Please note that Jade and Camil may not accept liability for any good returned to us outside our own return labels.
